Networkers International PLC was established in 1984 as ‘MSB International’, in 2000 ‘Networkers International’ was launched. In 2006 Networkers International acquired the MSB International group and became listed on the London Stock Exchange (AIM). The company rebranded to Networkers MSB in 2008 and 2010 saw the company’s final transition to Networkers International PLC.

The company has made several acquisitions during its evolution including Elite Computing Staff Ltd, Cerco Ltd, Porter Freeman Ltd, Leading Edge Recruitment Ltd, Mekland Associates, VRC.com, Hot Shots Recruitment Ltd, Service Delivery Partnership Ltd and SNS.
