Jon is a Chartered Accountant with significant experience of international accounting practice and corporate finance gained at BDO Stoy Hayward. Jon heads up the group's global financial team. Jon is one of the founders of the Company and brings considerable financial experience to the Board.

Kevin Pope | Director of Business Development
Kevin has over 14 years IT recruitment experience, having previously spent 6 years with Paragon IT Recruitment Limited. Kevin heads up the group's Business Development Division and is one of the founders of the Company.

Nigel Wray | Non-Executive Director
Nigel is currently a non-executive director of a number of companies including The English Wines Group plc, Healthcare Enterprise Group plc, The Greenhouse Fund plc. He is a director and major shareholder of the private investment group, Presbury Investment Holdings Limited and a partner in and member of the management board of PIHL Equity LLP and also the Chairman and major shareholder in Saracens Rugby Club.

Lord William Astor | Non-Executive Director
William is a director of a number of private companies and was deputy chairman of Chorion plc. He was Parliamentary under Secretary of State in the previous Conservative administration and was Opposition Spokesman in the House of Lords.
